Some products are inherently more complex than others, and a key challenge with the Ux design of Plug Plug was to create a simple and intuitive platform allowing users to find and book experiences with ease.

A key design philosophy of Plug Plug is to create a community that shares travel information among one another, and then rewards “Pluggers” for that behavior. The more experiences shared, the more the community grows and works to advance all users of the platform.
